Next course will take place on May 6-8, 2025. 

Hours are 10.00 am - 1.30 pm, EST

The course spans 10.5 learning hours divided into three consecutive days x 3.5  learning hours per day.

All trainings will take place via Zoom.

What you will learn

The Neuro De-escalation module introduces core principles and practices. During the course participants learn:

• To understand the neurobiological foundations of escalation
• Techniques to reduce risk of escalation when working with an escalation-prone person.
• How to accompany clients before, during and after escalation
• Techniques for supporting clients to switch back to the attachment system even after they have been triggered
• Practice dealing with escalation in systemic role play
• Understand escalation as opportunity to foster attachment
• Further grow your professional skill through an emotional understanding of escalation
